PP Cotton
PP (Polypropylene) is a very stable plastic material that does not release harmful substances when immersed in water. Using PP... After being drawn into threads and woven, it can become a very effective filter cotton. Depending on the weaving method, it can filter particulate matter with particle sizes of 20, 10, and 5 micrometers, such as rust, sand, and viscous substances like mycelia.
KDF (Kinetic Degradation Fluxion)
KDF is a filter media composed of a high-purity copper-zinc alloy. It reacts with pollutants in water through a redox reaction caused by the potential difference between copper and zinc. Total Dissolvable Solids (TDS) in water pollutants include heavy metals such as lead, nickel, cadmium, copper, and mercury, which are water-soluble free ions. Through the redox reaction:
Pb²⁺ (lead ions) + Zn (solid zinc) -------> Pb (solid lead) + Zn²⁺ (zinc ions)
The zinc on the KDF dissolves into free ions in the water, while lead ions in the water adhere to the KDF, thus removing heavy metals from the water and increasing the zinc content.
Cl2 (chlorine) + Zn (solid zinc) -------> 2Cl-1 (chloride) + Zn2+ (zinc ions)
The zinc on KDF dissolves into free ions in the water, while the chlorine in the water is converted into harmless chloride.
The copper-zinc potential difference in KDF generates a microcurrent in the water, which has the function of killing bacteria and inhibiting the growth of microorganisms.
2. AC-GAC-10-NL
GAC Granular Activated Carbon
Enhances the double GAC granular activated carbon layer, more effectively and continuously adhering to pollutants in the water, purifying the water quality.
3. AC-CTO.PK5-10-NL
Activated Carbon Rod.PK5 (Polyphosphate)
PK5 combines with metal ions such as iron, manganese, and calcium in the water, maintaining their solubility and preventing scale formation. If showered, it will be washed away by the water and will not remain on the skin; on the other hand, it reduces the leaching of copper and lead from pipes and inhibits the formation of microbial films.
4. AC-CTO-HF-10-NL
Activated Carbon Rod/Ultrafiltration Membrane (Polysulfone Hollow Fiber Membrane)
An ultrafiltration membrane is a filter membrane made of polysulfone hollow fiber. The pore size is 0.01 micrometers, but due to industrial errors, there may be pores as small as 0.05 micrometers. Additionally, water pressure may allow substances slightly larger than 0.05 micrometers to pass through, so it is generally labeled as below 0.1 micrometers.
Reference: Bacteria are generally between 1-5 micrometers in size; viruses are smaller, with coronaviruses being 0.125 micrometers.
5. AC-IL-R
Anti-Oxidant REDOX
With a low oxygen reduction potential (below -200 mV) and high dissolved hydrogen concentration (above 10 μg/L), it achieves an optimal pH of 8-10, creating alkaline water (hydrogen water). By selectively targeting and neutralizing harmful free radicals, it eliminates cells that cause aging, exerting a powerful antioxidant effect. In addition, hydrogen water can promote the growth of healthy gut flora, maintain gut balance, and reduce discomfort such as indigestion and bloating; the molecular structure of hydrogen water is smaller than that of ordinary water molecules, making it easier for our cells to absorb.
